After booking, one of our employees will contact you within 5 working days to schedule a date for the video training. Access to the creator account will be unlocked immediately after completing the training.
The Creator account is assigned to a specifically named individual and may not be transferred or shared with other individuals without the written consent of 3DQR. A prerequisite for unlocking the Creator account for this person is their personal participation in at least one training or workshop conducted by 3DQR, in which the used functions were explained.
All Creator Accounts include the possibility to create an unlimited number of AR scenes in “private” mode and to view and present them on their own device after login. To publish scenes for other users, viewer accounts or credits can be purchased as needed.
The "BASIC" user type enables the creation of simple AR scenes with a small number of content types and limited functionalities.
The "ADVANCED" user type enables the creation of more elaborate AR scenes and is particularly suitable for impressive 3D showcases with advanced functionality.
The "PROFESSIONAL" user type enables the creation of extensive AR scenes with numerous additional functions and is ideally designed for professional use, e.g. in industrial environments.
Credits can be booked directly from the 3DQR Suite after registration.

They allow you to publish individual AR scenes in a defined period for unlimited access. 1 credit corresponds to the publication of an AR scene for one month for up to 10,000 accesses. After purchase, the credits are immediately credited to the user account and can be flexibly allocated by the user in the 3DQR Studio by defining scenes for defined periods as “Public”.
The costs for each credit differ depending on the account type:
Basic Account: 39€/ Credit, Advanced Account: 250€/ Credit, Professional Account: 420€/ Credit.
Please note: By using credits you explicitly allow the unrestricted publication and distribution of the selected scene, especially with the aim of marketing and distribution. If the scene should only be available for certain user groups (e.g. company internal trainings), please use 3DQR Viewer Accounts instead.
